We spend two days inside your organisation reviewing data quality, infrastructure and team skills. You get a 30-page report with a ranked list of AI opportunities, estimated costs and a realistic timeline. Most clients finish the audit on a Friday and have a decision by Monday.
From demand-forecasting for retailers to defect detection on production lines, we train supervised and unsupervised models on your own data. Typical turnaround is six to ten weeks, including validation on a hold-out set and a written accuracy report.
A model sitting in a notebook helps nobody. We package your trained model as a containerised API, connect it to your existing systems and set up monitoring dashboards so you know when performance drifts. Hosting can be on your cloud account or ours.
Half-day and full-day workshops for product managers, analysts and developers. We cover practical topics: prompt engineering, fine-tuning open-source language models, and building evaluation pipelines. Each attendee leaves with working code they can adapt the next morning.
We have been building machine-learning systems since 2017. That means we started before the recent hype, and we will still be here after it settles. Our team of eight includes two PhD-level researchers, four ML engineers and two project managers who keep everything on schedule.
Every project starts with a scoping call that lasts about 45 minutes. We ask what outcome you need, what data you already collect, and what budget you have in mind. If AI is not the right tool, we say so. About one in five enquiries ends with us recommending a simpler solution, and we do not charge for that advice.
We are based in Wales and work with clients across the UK, Ireland and Western Europe. Most communication happens over video calls and shared repositories, though we are happy to travel for kick-off meetings and final presentations.
